Option 1
– Browse through our
Online Peony Store adding your favourite peony varieties to your shopping cart as you go. When you are finished
shopping review your Shopping Cart to edit and finalize your order. Click
“Checkout” and you will be directed to a secure page where you will be asked
to provide your personal billing & shipping information. Choose one of two
options for payment: “Print and Contact” or “Credit Card”. Click “Place
Order” and your order will be sent to us for processing. We will, within 48
hours, contact you by email confirming the total of your order including
applicable sales tax and the Shipping & Handling charges. (U.S. customers -
please note that the “Phytosanitary Inspection Fee” required for import is
included in the Shipping and Handling charge.) At the time of confirmation
of your order and payment details your payment will be processed by us thereby
ensuring shipment of your peonies in the fall.
Option 2
– Browse through our Online Peony Store. When you
are ready to order download, print and complete the
Order Form. Send it to us by mail, by fax
or scanned and by email. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you
confirming the invoice total including applicable sales tax and the
Shipping & Handling charge. You will then have the option to pay by cheque or
credit card.
We start
to ship our peonies the last week of September and all customers are notified in advance of
shipment of orders. Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Express Post.
U.S. orders are shipped by UPS. A Phytosanitary Inspection Fee is included in
the Shipping & Handling fees charged on U.S. orders. We endeavor to find
quickest means of delivery and tracking numbers are provided at the time of
shipment.
